From sill plate to finished roof, we will deliver a complete kit of quality materials to your site. We use an engineered floor system, #2 or better spf framing lumber, and syp roof rafters. The siding is eastern white pine in a round profile. Quality, energy efficient aluminum clad windows and doors make your home comfortable and appealing. Maintenance free soffit and fascia and 30 year three dimensional shingles complete your “dry-in” package.
